Presence Monitoring
Presence monitoring is a common method of remote supervision of offenders within communities by using a monitoring system in their home or other designated locations. There are various technology means available to report on an individual’s compliance with a restrictive regime. The decision of which monitoring technology should take into consideration the required level of supervision, offenders’ profiles, and administrative and treatment goals set by the local criminal justice administration.

Elmo-Tech’s E3 next generation Radio Frequency (RF) presence monitoring system is a powerful, comprehensive monitoring tool that ensures our clients all their monitoring needs are accounted for and securely performed, while enabling careful management of operational resources.

Two compatible models of E3 monitoring systems are available. Monitoring data transfer can be performed over landlines (PSTN) or cellular (GSM) networks. Both types of monitoring units can operate alongside each other, to fit operator’s needs.
