The main target set of the project handed over in 2009 was to establish such a central dispatcher center (Police Administration Center, 4-6 Teve str. ) from where the systems of area monitoring of the districts and of the mobile area monitoring systems of the police based on analouge and digital (IP) mechanism could be handled with high priority and uniformly.
